Non senza grande invidia ho veduto ora mai compiuti i desideri di tutti quelli coi quali aveva comune una simile brama, coltivata con frequenti discorsi delle Missioni, e con lo studio della lingua inglese a questo solo diretto. Già che per ora più non mi è dato, non posso altro che ripetere alla Paternità Vostra che lo desidero, che lo smanio, che una interna voce di continuo mi vi trasporta: a questo fine per quanto il comportano le piccole incombenze a cui debbo attendere vado coltivando lo studio delle lingue francese, ed Inglese.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
