Entrato che fui nella Compagnia per misericordia del Signore e vedendo con quanta liberalità egli finora mi aveva benificato mi feci animo e gli dimandai che per l'amoroso suo Cuore di segnasse de esaurdirmi già che non gli dimando ciò che si degna di ispirarmi a sua gloria sapendo che è una di quell'opere che tanto gli piaciano cioè l'impiegarsi al bene de prossimi ma mi pare bene che sappia in che mi potrei impiegare anche nel arte di muratore essendomi un tempo esercitato in esso.
